Genesis ECI is currently in search for a dynamic professional Administrative Assistant to be a part of our team.

We are looking an Administrative Assistant with the following:

• At least one (1) year of experience in an office setting;
• Experience and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
• Experience with use of the internet, emails and Adobe;
• Professional, dynamic, willing to learn can do attitude;
• Capable of multi-tasking, keeping track and staying focused on tasks;
• Ability to work in an high paced environment;
• Associate/Bachelor Degree a plus;

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. 

Responsibilities/Duties include:

• Data Entry;
• Obtaining, printing and interpreting Lab Results/Reports;
• Preparation of Summary Reports;
• Preparation of Payment Packages;
• Preparation of excel worksheets for invoicing;
• Following up on any outstanding information to complete tasks;
• Provide Phone Coverage;
• Assisting in projects when required;
